The Chimes Opened its Doors as a Care Home in 1988, The Chimes Residential Home was designed to cater for residents suffering from the onset of dementia, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s, mental health, and physical disabilities. the EMI Unit was purpose built in 2009 to cater for residents needing specialist Care with dementia/Alzheimer’s. The home is spacious and gives residents the right to wander freely and safely. We offer a safe secure and pleasant environment where our trained staff are on call 24 hours a day, ready to assist with the adjustment to a different lifestyle, enabling residents to live and enjoy a quality of life within their capabilities.

The Chimes Provides short-term and time-limited temporary relief breaks for family members and un-paid regular carers caring for family members who might otherwise require permanent placement in a facility outside the home.
